So here is what you do:

1) Enter Strat through the main gate, not the back entrace.
2) Kill mobs up to first intersection, take a left.
3) Kill mobs up to second intersection, take a left.
4) Kill mobs in front of Smokey Larue's.
5) Optionally do the smokey's lighter quest here if you're in a group
6) Kill the courier, and loot the 3 keys. It does not matter who loots. The 3 keys are random. They belong to mailboxes (with names) all over strat. Look at street signs, find your mailboxes.
7) On the 3rd mailbox, you get to beat the crap out of a famous basketball player.

Mages, your role might be to decurse rather than DD, cuz he has like 2-3 curses that suck. And he fears.
